Job Summary
Providing administrative and coordination support for a time-sensitive research service infrastructure rebuild, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage scheduling, prepare meeting documentation, and track action items for the TIGER team, with a preference for candidates located in the Roanoke or Salem, VA area for potential onsite work.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate TIGER team meetings, managing calendars and logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications while tracking action items and deliverables
- Support administrative aspects of the Research Service rebuild, including document organization, data entry, and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program or administrative support, project coordination, or scheduling in a complex organization
- Experience preparing meeting minutes and supporting task/project tracking activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook/Teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
