Job Summary
Supporting strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Junior Program Analyst will provide programmatic, operational, and analytical assistance, focusing on project planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to support day-to-day program activities
- Assist in developing project deliverables, including executive briefings, status reports, and presentation materials
- Support project planning and implementation across multiple digital health initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives
- Experience in project coordination activities, including meeting scheduling and action item tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
