Job Summary
Supporting a government agency's financial management program, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage the System Interface Agreement (SIA) portfolio, assist with internal control testing, and drive quality management initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the annual review and renewal cycle of the SIA program, maintaining the agreement portfolio for financial data exchanges
- Support internal control testing and document evidence to ensure audit readiness for government agency financial processes
- Coordinate staff onboarding and maintain compliance tracking, including training completion and security access requests
Required qualifications:
- 0-2 years of program or project support experience, with exposure to federal financial systems preferred
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including document content management and technical diagram creation
- Ability to manage detailed technical document updates under tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior program staff
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance
