Junior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of the AI Studio, the part-time Junior Program Manager will coordinate schedules, maintain documentation in Notion, track deliverables, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple AI content accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Keep production on schedule by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and handoffs across multiple accounts
• Maintain the studio's Notion workspace, ensuring processes are documented and current for team efficiency
• Support onboarding for new hires and coordinate cross-functional work to keep projects moving

Required qualifications

• Early in career with a genuine interest in AI, media, and content production
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in Notion or a fast learner with a knack for building efficient systems
• Strong written communication skills for aligning a remote, asynchronous team
• Must be based in the United States
