Job Summary

Detail-driven and people-oriented, the remote Junior Project Analyst will manage Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs), serving as a communication bridge between portfolio leadership, internal teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate, track, and maintain Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) in accordance with contract and company policies
  • Prepare and submit Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) for labor, materials, or services, ensuring compliance and completeness
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and documentation repositories, capturing action items and supporting reporting efforts
Required qualifications
  • Must be eligible for a government security clearance; US Citizenship is required for work on DoW contracts
  • High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, logistics, or project support roles
  • Actively enrolled and seeking a business degree in a US accredited higher learning institution
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating requests, approvals, and follow-up actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for trackers and documentation
