Junior Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of POS and Payments programs, the remote contract Junior Project Analyst will assist in project planning, monitor progress, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring across IT initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, documentation, and status updates

Required qualifications

• 1-5 years of project analyst or coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Jira and Confluence
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and vice versa
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS or similar tools is preferred
