Junior Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various teams remotely, the full-time Junior Project Analyst will review project intake details, prepare pricing, and develop preliminary benefit analysis estimates to ensure accurate project assumptions and scope definition.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely Benefit Analyses by evaluating real estate data and construction documentation
• Determine competitive pricing for cost segregation studies based on project scope and documentation
• Identify risks and scope issues early in the project intake process while improving workflows for efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a financial or analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Ability to review and interpret construction documentation and related project information
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail
