Junior Project Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-driven and people-oriented, the part-time Junior Project Analyst will support execution on a GSA AAS professional services contract by managing Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) and Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs), while coordinating communication between portfolio leadership, internal teams, subcontractors, and government representatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, track, and maintain Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) in compliance with contract and company policies
- Prepare and submit Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) for labor, materials, or services, ensuring completeness and compliance
- Maintain trackers, logs, and documentation, capturing action items and supporting weekly and monthly reporting
Required qualifications
- Must be eligible for a government security clearance; US Citizenship is required
- High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, logistics, or project support roles
- Actively enrolled in a business degree program at a US accredited higher learning institution
- Demonstrated experience coordinating requests, approvals, and follow-up actions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing trackers and documentation
