Job Summary
To support a growing digital marketing agency, the part-time Junior Project Coordinator will manage website project coordination from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Track active website projects in the CRM, ensuring records are current and accurate
- Coordinate client communication and schedule meetings to keep all parties informed
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintain organized documentation for operational support
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, account support, or operations
- Hands-on CRM experience, with HubSpot experience being a strong plus
- Ability to learn new software quickly and follow established processes
- Strong written communication skills for client-facing updates
- Exposure to web projects or digital marketing is a bonus
