Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing agency, the part-time Junior Project Coordinator will manage website project coordination from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Track active website projects in the CRM, ensuring records are current and accurate
  • Coordinate client communication and schedule meetings to keep all parties informed
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintain organized documentation for operational support
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, account support, or operations
  • Hands-on CRM experience, with HubSpot experience being a strong plus
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and follow established processes
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing updates
  • Exposure to web projects or digital marketing is a bonus
