A company is looking for a Junior Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requirements timeline, issues, and risks while overseeing tasks and projects
Collaborate with software development teams to document and analyze business requirements
Lead user-focused workshops and provide knowledge transfer and end-user training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
Two (2) years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA is a plus
Self-motivated and results-oriented
