Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Junior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Sales Operations projects and initiatives, including CRM enhancements and process improvements
• Document and manage business requirements and assist with business process analysis
• Coordinate project workstreams, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in project support, operations, business analysis, or CRM initiatives
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall); relevant certification is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with work tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) is a plus
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related concepts preferred
