Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

Junior Project Manager, is a fully remote position based in Latin America that involves assisting in project planning, execution, and closing while supporting the project team in meeting timelines and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects
• Support the project team in adhering to project timelines and milestones
• Help facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with team members on project roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
• 1+ years of experience serving as a Technical Project Manager
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the waterfall methodology
• Exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Project Management or Scrum Master certification is desired but not required
