Job Summary

Leading moderately complex federal projects, the full-time Junior Project Manager will manage delivery activities, serve as a liaison between internal teams and federal customers, and support strategic business process improvements, all within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage delivery activities across federal task orders, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned deliverables, coordinating efforts among internal teams, stakeholders, and federal customers
  • Support strategic business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Project Management, or Public Administration
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations support
  • Understanding of project and program management principles and methodologies
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts or compliance-driven environments preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
