Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational support for graphic and packaging projects, the full-time Junior Project Manager will coordinate client requests, manage order processes, and track project timelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for regional client requests, keeping them informed of project status
• Receive briefs, check incoming materials, and create clear work orders for the production team
• Monitor project timelines, anticipate delays, and ensure timely delivery of artwork and packaging materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Support, Project Coordination, or client-facing roles
• Strong background or understanding of Design, Marketing, Advertising, Prepress, or Production environments
• Native or fluent Spanish language skills for day-to-day communication across LATAM
• Intermediate English language skills (A2-B1) for corporate tools and systems
