Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support client onboarding and project delivery, the fully remote Junior Project Manager will manage multiple projects, translate client requests into actionable plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Development, and QA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding projects from handoff through delivery, ensuring timely execution
• Own project backlogs, including grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder updates
• Translate client needs into clear project documentation and specifications

Required qualifications

• Experience managing projects or client delivery work in a software or technology environment
• Practical understanding of software development and QA processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana
• Current use of AI tools in project management tasks
