Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time Junior Project Manager (WA Licensed) will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while utilizing project management software and facilitating Agile ceremonies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and project tracking
• Analyze existing business processes and propose optimizations to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• Residency in Washington State or Texas
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional ability to implement project management structures and processes
• Strong knowledge of business needs and ability to maintain customer trust and confidence
