Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Producer for a contract role focused on managing the execution of a specific corporate deliverable, with a total project duration of 3 hours, while working remotely from Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of a single deliverable, ensuring successful completion within the allocated time frame
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals and communicate individual responsibilities clearly
• Review final materials for quality assurance, ensuring they meet project requirements and requested revisions

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in production roles related to corporate projects, such as Communications or Business Administration
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to adapt quickly in a creative environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Enterprise tools, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
