Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, writing, editing, and submission of RFP responses and proposals
• Maintain and improve RFP content libraries and templates for efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to tailor proposal messaging to customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal coordination, or related business writing
• Experience in product marketing, technical writing, or content development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative content tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
