Junior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Proposal Manager to support the development of competitive proposals for government customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Create proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders and draft proposal content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination or RFP management
• Familiarity with government procurement processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with proposal management software like Qvidian or Loopio
