Junior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager - Jr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee, and track all activities related to proposal development and production
• Develop compliant proposals and guide team members in proposal development tasks
• Coordinate production aspects and facilitate meetings throughout the proposal process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal management and development
• Experience with IT/technical proposals and the Shipley proposal process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word
• Prefer US citizens with active Secret clearance
