Job Summary
To lead and execute the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, the fully remote Junior Proposal Manager will manage the proposal process, ensuring compliance and timely submission while crafting compelling content for proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and managing proposal schedules
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to develop compliant outlines and facilitate proposal meetings with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders
- Edit and proofread proposal volumes, creating core content such as Executive Summaries and integrating technical sections from existing boilerplate
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in federal government proposal management, IT project management, or grant writing
- IT background with familiarity in using AI tools for proposal development
- Deep understanding of the federal procurement process and experience with DoD and Civilian agency contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products, with strong project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent proposals
