Job Summary
Supporting all phases of proposal development, the full-time Junior Proposal Manager will analyze solicitation requirements, develop proposal content, and coordinate proposal activities in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze solicitation requirements and assist with proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and content assignments
- Develop and edit technical, management, staffing, and past performance sections for proposals
- Write, edit, and coordinate proposal responses for Federal RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Task Orders, and White Papers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, English, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Federal proposal development, writing, or technical writing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
