Junior QA Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting multiple projects remotely on a contract basis, the Junior QA Analyst will execute functional tests, report defects, and manage task schedules while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional tests and report defects according to established protocols
• Manage daily task schedules to meet priority and timeline targets
• Author test plans and determine the scope of testing for various projects

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the software development industry
• Experience in manual testing
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database structures
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience reporting test results using fact-based metrics
