Junior QA Process Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Process and QA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure standards are met
• Analyze audit results to identify quality issues and support corrective actions
• Develop, update, and document processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of process management and quality assurance methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
