Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Development Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage title report and Phase I/ESA report orders, maintaining detailed status trackers
• Assist in financial closing matters and land closings, including preparation and tracking of closing documents
• Support the Land Due Diligence team with electronic retention of deliverables and project coordination

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or renewable energy, particularly in closing transactions
• Familiarity with real estate due diligence items such as title commitments and ALTA surveys
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and self-direct tasks
• Experience with county, state, and federal agencies is a plus
