Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under guidance from senior recruitment staff
- Build active and passive applicant pipelines and maintain the applicant tracking system
- Manage candidate experience and contribute to recruiting meetings with leadership
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- College coursework up to a Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
