Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under guidance from senior recruitment staff
  • Build active and passive applicant pipelines and maintain the applicant tracking system
  • Manage candidate experience and contribute to recruiting meetings with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • College coursework up to a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
