Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for technology clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across Go-To-Market and General & Administrative teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates while managing candidate communication and scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience
  • Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
