Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across Go-To-Market and General & Administrative teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while managing candidate communication and scheduling
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience
- Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
