Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain applicant tracking system
• Build applicant pipelines and manage candidate experience through effective communication
• Create weekly activity reports on recruitment metrics and contribute to recruiting meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Preferred college coursework up to Bachelor's degree
• Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
