Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain applicant tracking system
- Build applicant pipelines and manage candidate experience through effective communication
- Create weekly activity reports on recruitment metrics and contribute to recruiting meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Preferred college coursework up to Bachelor's degree
- Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
