Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions
• Create weekly activity reports on recruitment metrics and manage candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Preferred college coursework up to a Bachelor's degree
• Preferred industry certification(s) from recognized institutions
