Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process by sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of senior recruiters
• Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions
• Manage candidate experience and create weekly activity reports on recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
