Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and can manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned high-volume, entry-level roles from intake through offer stage
- Manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain organized recruiting workflows
- Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates across assigned roles
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or as a junior recruiter
- Experience conducting phone screens and early-stage candidate interviews
- Strong experience with ATS platforms and candidate pipeline management
- Ability to manage scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful with a builder mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity
