Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and can manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned high-volume, entry-level roles from intake through offer stage
• Manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain organized recruiting workflows
• Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates across assigned roles

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or as a junior recruiter
• Experience conducting phone screens and early-stage candidate interviews
• Strong experience with ATS platforms and candidate pipeline management
• Ability to manage scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and resourceful with a builder mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity
