Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the growth of its team by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication during the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source candidates through various channels
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
- Passion for building collaborative teams
