Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the growth of its team by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication during the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source candidates through various channels
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for building collaborative teams
