Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels and conduct interviews
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews while providing a positive candidate experience
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with labor laws and ethical standards related to recruitment
  • Experience in technical recruitment or diversity hiring is desirable
