Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles
- Source and screen candidates through various channels and conduct interviews
- Manage the candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews while providing a positive candidate experience
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Familiarity with labor laws and ethical standards related to recruitment
- Experience in technical recruitment or diversity hiring is desirable
