Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter / Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full life-cycle requisition workload and build a network of candidates
- Source candidates using social media, networks, and referrals, and conduct interviews and assessments
- Provide tracking and analysis of sourcing methods and collaborate with HR partners on talent acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of related experience
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance issues
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with management
