Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter / Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full life-cycle requisition workload and build a network of candidates
• Source candidates using social media, networks, and referrals, and conduct interviews and assessments
• Provide tracking and analysis of sourcing methods and collaborate with HR partners on talent acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of related experience
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance issues
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with management
