Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting by identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates
• Screen candidates to assess fit with hiring expectations and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to align candidates with team needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Successful track record of sourcing passive candidates
• Knowledge of outside recruiting resources, including social recruiting
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to drive effective recruitment
• Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
