Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a strategic project team, the contract Junior Recruiter will thrive in a fast-paced environment by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Support full cycle hiring for field, technical, and entry to mid-level corporate roles
• Utilize strong sourcing skills to attract and engage candidates for various positions
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in utilities, energy, construction, or skilled trades
• Strong sourcing skills for entry-level and technical roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with guidance
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for safety-sensitive roles
• Experience using an ATS and basic recruiting tools
