Job Summary
To support recruitment efforts in a fast-paced global start-up, the full-time Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating the hiring process on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular progress reports for the team
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations; previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment/HR is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable using social media and basic recruitment tools; familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office is a plus
- Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
