Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full lifecycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Junior Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing and engagement for federal civilian and DoD positions while working remotely within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions
• Source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, while managing 4-6 active requisitions
• Conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Previous experience supporting government contracting or technical recruiting
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
