Job Summary
Supporting full lifecycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Junior Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing and engagement for federal civilian and DoD positions while working remotely within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positions
- Source candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, while managing 4-6 active requisitions
- Conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Previous experience supporting government contracting or technical recruiting
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
