Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic startup, the full-time remote Junior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms; experience with Ashby is a plus
• Located within the EST timezone
• Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
