Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic startup, the full-time remote Junior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while attracting top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms; experience with Ashby is a plus
- Located within the EST timezone
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
