Job Summary

Supporting various recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, the remote Junior Recruiter will assist in developing position descriptions, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and maintain talent pipelines for technical job openings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing position descriptions and specifications for open roles
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
• Utilize databases and online platforms to source and review applicants for current and future positions

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
• Basic knowledge of technology and recruitment processes
• Experience parsing resumes for specific skills and qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews
