Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, write and publish job advertisements, and source passive candidates
• Review job applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and schedule interviews
• Work closely with recruiting team and hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior internships in recruiting, sales, or related field is an asset
• Creative problem-solver
