Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Junior Recruiter - Financial Services, the full-time remote position will manage the recruitment process for operational and financial services roles, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding candidates in a high-volume staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and qualify candidates for various financial services and operational support positions
• Conduct detailed phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry

• Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting and transactional staffing operations
