Junior Researcher Evaluation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Researcher for the evaluation of humanitarian access in complex and high-threat environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full evaluation cycle under the guidance of the evaluation manager
• Conduct literature and desk reviews, and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data
• Contribute to evaluation management tasks and the development of communications and dissemination deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences or related fields
• At least 2 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary evaluations and/or research in humanitarian action
• Experience in conducting remote evaluation assignments
• Proven track record of literature/desk reviews and data processing
• Strong English communication and writing skills; knowledge of other UN languages is a plus
