Junior Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support outreach efforts, the remote Junior Sales Associate will engage in outbound communication with prospective families and athletic facility partners, manage inbound inquiries, and maintain organized records in the CRM while working towards enrollment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective families and athletic facilities to introduce the program and schedule meetings
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from parents and partners, guiding them to the appropriate next steps
• Log all interactions in the CRM and report weekly on activity and outcomes to leadership

Required qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, admissions, or a high-volume customer-facing role
• Comfortable with phone communication and professional conversations with various stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Organized and able to manage daily activity targets while maintaining accurate CRM records
• Motivated by clear goals, open to feedback, and able to iterate quickly on approaches
