Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Sales Consultant - Benefits Broker Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and activate relationships with agents and brokers while identifying partnership opportunities
• Cultivate brokerage markets and manage broker relationships as a key contact
• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase new business

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the HR and benefits landscape
• Existing rolodex of benefits brokers and deep relationships in the industry
• Experience in brokerage or insurance sales in the HR or benefits space
• Based in the Mountain or West regions, with a preference for California
• Self-starter with a strong desire to build a business
