Junior Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Sales Manager in the education sector, focusing on lead acquisition and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the education sector through cold and warm calls
• Provide operational sales support, including the creation and dispatch of offers and preparation of presentation materials
• Maintain and update the CRM system, supporting data management and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Initial experience in B2B sales, preferably in student or junior roles
• Interest in sales processes and funnel logic
• Proficient use of digital tools, such as CRM systems and Google Workspace
• Very good German language skills (C1/native), with English as a plus
• Motivated to develop in sales and take on responsibilities
