Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive, the full-time Junior Sales Representative will drive deal momentum, manage meeting execution, and conduct account research to accelerate enterprise sales in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive deal momentum by assisting in all phases of the sales cycle from discovery to close
- Prepare tailored agendas and materials for prospect calls, and manage follow-up actions to keep opportunities moving forward
- Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers and personalize outreach efforts
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow within enterprise tech sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and standard sales engagement platforms
- Interest in financial technology or collections to enhance understanding of the industry
