Junior Sales Trainer

Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Enablement team in a full-time remote capacity, the Junior Sales Trainer will co-facilitate training sessions, assist in content development, and manage essential administrative functions to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate training sessions (live and virtual) for internal sales teams
• Assist in developing and maintaining training content, resources, and materials
• Manage communication channels and knowledge repositories for internal sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in education, Business, Communications, Training, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or learning and development
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering training in both virtual and in-person settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with facilitating smaller groups
