Junior Salesforce AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing health and fitness platform, the remote Junior Salesforce AI Engineer will configure and optimize Salesforce with a focus on Einstein AI and CPQ capabilities, driving adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance sales performance and quoting accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Salesforce Einstein AI and CPQ tools to improve sales visibility and performance
• Optimize CPQ pricing rules and reporting to enhance revenue growth and quote accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product configurations with business needs and improve forecast accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, particularly with Einstein AI features and Salesforce CPQ
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
