Junior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Contributing to the development and configuration of Salesforce functionality, the full-time Junior Salesforce Developer will assist in building scalable solutions, collaborate with business analysts and QA testers, and support grants lifecycle workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce features, including automation, page layouts, and data integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to deliver high-quality application components
• Support grants lifecycle workflows and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Salesforce development and configuration
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
